On the morning of June 6, 2023, the Huizhou Assembly and Construction Alliance for Hong Kong was invited to visit the Hong Kong Registered Contractors Association. Mr. Zhou Yi, President of Huizhou Prefabricated Construction Alliance for Hong Kong, Mr. Gan Jiping, Secretary-General, Mr. Cai Zhuoyi, Vice President and Minister of Cooperation and Exchange, Mr. Fu Lei, Representative of the Vice-President Unit, and Mr. Hong Junyue, Director of the General Affairs Department, attended the visit.

Mr. Choi Zhuoyi, vice president of the Alliance, introduced the purpose and content of the visit and exchange to the participants, and pointed out that the advantage of the Alliance is that it integrates products, technology and talents, and can provide design, material supply and personnel installation for the project, which can ensure the successful use of the project to the greatest extent.

Mr. Zhou Yi, President of the Alliance, introduced the purpose, structure and work of the Alliance to Hong Kong. The Alliance is an alliance composed of prefabricated construction-related enterprises in Huizhou, including prefabricated component factories, design institutes, construction units, BIM technical consulting units, engineering technical consulting units and scientific research institutions, hoping to provide high-quality services for Hong Kong construction through the integration of the strength of all members of the alliance.

Mr. Fu Lei introduced to the Chamber of Commerce the development status, business scope, design level, component production capacity and future development direction of the prefabricated construction plant in the Mainland, and expressed his confidence in providing high-quality products and technical services for Hong Kong.

Mr. Gan Jiping, Secretary-General, introduced the application and value of BIM and digital technology in engineering projects, combined with actual cases to introduce BIM technology to the participants in project planning, design, construction and operation and maintenance, as well as the application and value of components in the production process Provide intelligent management services for follow-up O&M.

The Hong Kong Registered Contractors Association spoke highly of the idea of the work of the Hong Kong Supply Alliance, and Mr. Poon Ka-keung, President of the Hong Kong Contractor Association, said that he would organize a delegation to visit Huizhou in due course to further strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with the Hong Kong Supply Alliance, jointly build a procurement and supply platform between the two places, and accelerate the project cooperation.

The Huizhou Assembly and Construction Alliance will further strengthen exchanges and co-operation with the Hong Kong Registered Contractors Association to provide quality construction services to Hong Kong.
