On the afternoon of November 1, the 2023 Huizhou State Organs "Who Enforces the Law" Performance Report Review Assembly and the City-wide Law Popularization Work Joint Conference jointly organized by the Huizhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Municipal Judicial Bureau were held at the Municipal Public Legal Service Center Convened. After going through social appraisal, expert appraisal, on-site appraisal and other links, this year's appraisal work finally ranked second with a comprehensive appraisal score of 96.36 points, and the appraisal grade was excellent.

Since the implementation of the "Eighth Five-Year" law popularization, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, practiced Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, played a leading role in party building, and guided the city's housing construction system through an institutionalized working mechanism. In the work of law popularization in society, we should adhere to the combination of law popularization and law enforcement, so that laws and regulations can go to the masses and into their hearts. In terms of "innovation", we took the lead in setting up a municipal "people's Mediation Committee for Housing and Construction disputes" in the province, innovatively constructed the "3 1" industry governance pattern in the field of housing construction in our city, and promoted the deep integration of publicity and education activities on the rule of law with business work, so as to assist the high-quality development of urban and rural housing construction in this city with accurate and effective law popularization. The law popularization practice of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has been fully affirmed by municipal leaders, expert reviews and on-site participants.

Chen Haibo, deputy mayor of the municipal government and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, fully affirmed the achievements of the five units participating in the performance evaluation of the law popularization work, and further implemented the law popularization responsibility system of state agencies during the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period., To jointly promote the formation of a unified leadership of the party committee, a work pattern of division of labor and cooperation among departments, each performing their duties, and co-management.
