Supervise and guide enterprises in all key industries to strictly implement the law on production safety and the relevant laws and regulations on construction projects, comprehensively and strictly crack down on illegal activities in production safety, put an end to the problems of "loose and soft" and "formality" in law enforcement inspection, for illegal acts, we should resolutely follow the principle of "four do not let go" and "one case and three investigations", and deal with them in accordance with the rules and regulations.
The meeting emphasized that the safety production work in the field of housing construction has always been "multi-point, long-line, and wide-ranging". Focusing on key industries, efforts should be made to prevent and resolve various safety risks.
One is to do a good job in the construction safety of housing municipal projects, and to focus on dangerous large projects and high-risk operation links to continuously carry out hidden danger investigation and rectification. For projects that have stopped construction, unfinished construction and have terminated construction safety supervision but have not completed the overall acceptance, relevant enterprises and local towns and streets should be urged to always pay attention to the safety management of the whole process of the project, so as to avoid safety accidents caused by pipe loss and leakage. For projects below the county quota, we should guide the establishment of a sound supervision mechanism and actually implement the responsibility of territorial safety supervision.
