Title of the first alliance
The name of this alliance is: Huizhou Assembly Construction Supply Alliance
Article 2 The main responsible unit of the alliance.
Guiding unit: Huizhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau
Leading organization: Huizhou Survey and Design Association
Participating units: Huizhou prefabricated construction related enterprises, including prefabricated component factories, design institutes, construction units, BIM technical consulting units, engineering technical consulting units, building materials, construction equipment, scientific research institutions, etc.
Article 3 Nature of the Union
Huizhou assembly-type construction supply alliance is a legal social organization with the dual nature of industry association and business alliance, which is formed and managed by the relevant enterprises of assembly-type construction supply to Hong Kong under the guidance of the government.
Article 4 Purpose of the Union
For the purpose of providing quality assembly construction services to Hong Kong and overseas, including related products, technology and talent supply services. Establish a unified, collaborative, and win-win platform and technical service standards for Hong Kong, and provide technical exchanges, technical cooperation and information sharing. Promote the construction of an industrial ecological environment featuring industry self-discipline, technological development, collaborative innovation and symbiosis, and promote the prosperity and development of the assembly construction industry.
Article 5 Basic Principles of the Union
Follow national and regional laws and regulations, follow the articles of association. Integration of resources, standardized management, quality service, mutual benefit and win-win.
Article 6 Main Work of the Union
(I) work objectives
We will explore the establishment of a high-quality supply model for the prefabricated construction industry in Huizhou, as well as an effective training and use model for technical personnel, so as to promote the construction of an industrial ecological environment featuring industry self-discipline, technological development, collaborative innovation and symbiosis, and promote the prosperity and development of the prefabricated construction industry.

1, optimize the integration of the alliance member resources, strengthen the comprehensive strength of Huizhou assembly-type construction industry.
2, build Huizhou assembly-type construction activities organization platform, promote the alliance members will be more assembly-type construction resources integration, to achieve mutual benefit and effective linkage of resources among the alliance members.
3. Build Huizhou prefabricated construction service platform for Hong Kong, provide technical services for members, provide exchange and learning services for members, and carry out theoretical seminars, technical exchanges and training regularly and irregularly.
4. Establish alliance standards, introduce qualified enterprises, assess, rate, supervise and inspect joining enterprises, and cancel alliance membership for unqualified enterprises after joining.
5. Integrate production capacity, optimize production capacity, rationally allocate production capacity, and ensure quality, quantity and time.
6, improve the level of technology, encourage innovation.
Article 7 Rights of members of the Union
(I) have the right to know, supervise and vote on the affairs of the Union;
(II) enjoy the services provided by the Alliance, including commercial and technical services;
(III) participation in the activities of the Union;
(IV) other rights under this Constitution.
Article 8 Obligations of Union Members
(I) abide by the constitution of the alliance, implement the resolutions of the alliance, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the alliance;
(II) actively participate in and support conferences organized by the League and strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the conferences;
(III) actively participate in the construction of the alliance and offer advice and suggestions for the development of the alliance;
(IV) keep the League and its members secret.
Article 9 Without the formal entrustment of the Secretariat of the Huizhou Assembly Construction Supply Alliance, no unit or individual may organize activities, raise sponsorship or establish organizations and contacts with other groups and individuals in the name of "Huizhou Assembly Construction Supply Alliance.
Article 10 Convening of the Conference
In principle, one matter is discussed, the working meeting is held once every two weeks, the board meeting is held once every two months, and the general meeting is held once every six months. Emergency meetings and special meetings can be held at any time according to the actual situation, and the participants can be determined according to the specific situation.
Article 11 Sources of Funds
(I) membership dues;
(II) technical consulting fees;
(III) others (sponsorship, special projects, conferences, academic donations, etc.).

The Alliance will temporarily have two full-time staff, with the increase of full-time staff, with the goal of 5-8 full-time staff within one year, and the staff will be managed by the Secretariat.
Article 13 These Articles of Association shall enter into force after being deliberated and approved by all the members of the Huizhou Assembly Construction Supply Alliance, and the interpretation of these Articles of Association shall be owned by the Huizhou Assembly Construction Supply Alliance.
