Safeguard role:
After the Hong Kong owner signed the order with Huizhou enterprise manufacturers, the alliance organized relevant experts to inspect the contracted enterprise manufacturers and spot check the product quality. If relevant problems are found, the alliance will inform the Hong Kong owners as soon as possible and punish the manufacturers who violate the regulations. In serious cases, it will inform the administrative department to punish them and provide protection for the Hong Kong owners.
 

Integration role:
Integrate and coordinate the technical strength, design capacity, and related resources of all member enterprises of the alliance.
 

Promotion:
Promote the technical discussion and exchange of alliance enterprises, improve the technical ability of enterprise personnel, and improve the equipment, production capacity and production conditions of manufacturers.
 

BIM Deepening Design

BIM technology is used to optimize the design and comprehensive arrangement of Mic box building, structure, electromechanical and fine decoration, and determine the module split area.

Factory prefabrication

After the module is split, the pre-processed drawings are output, and the box structure is mass-produced in Huizhou prefabricated manufacturers, and the construction, mechanical and electrical, and fine decoration specialties are integrated into the box.

Mic Box Transport

Clean, packaged Mic boxes are shipped from the prefabricated manufacturer to the Hong Kong project site.

Field assembly

Mic boxes are transported to the project site for assembly as if they were building blocks.
